Master planning and renovation for this 18-hole private country club designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish in 1987. Developed in conjunction with the surrounding neighborhood, this course features a number of valley holes showcasing undulating topography and intermittent stream channels. Planning work included design development, membership engagement, construction documentation, and permitting assistance.
The full-scale renovation began in October 2024, and will see the reconstruction of all the courses greens, bunkers, and tees, as well as re-grassing and widening of all fairways, and an all new irrigation system. The design will aim to preserve much of the risk/reward strategy of Weiskopf’s original design, while introducing a classically-inspired character, more width and options, and improved playability for all skill levels.
