Master planning and consultation for this 18-hole private country club in the heart of Phoenix, AZ, founded in 1899, and home of the Senior PGA Championship. The course on its current site was designed in 1920 by Harry Collis, and our planning efforts have looked to bring back some of this historic influence while addressing strategy and playability for all skill levels.
Renovations are currently planned for 2027, and will see reconstruction of all greens and bunkers, tee adjustments to improve yardage equity, and strategic fairway expansions to create a seamless aesthetic across the course. In addition, Holes #5 and 8 will be shifted to make room for a new shortgame practice area adjacent to the range, and Hole #12 will be completely redesigned into an exciting risk/reward par 4.
