They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and as golf architects, we spend our time designing, drawing, and animating, with the expected outcome of having a project come to fruition. Often times, getting a project off the ground is the hardest part, and visualizations are key to our success. There is truly nothing like putting pencil to paper, and this passion is what drives us in our profession.

There is a lot to be said for municipal golf courses that go above and beyond to engage their customers. Sadly, due to not knowing the true impact of a good customer engagement model, or even just ignoring the customer engagement tools already in place, very few municipal golf facilities are really engaging with their golf patrons.
